Blue Agate Ranch Investment

As of July 2016, the waters are again flowing at the Blue Agate Ranch. Children’s Reservoir has begun to fill and the Creek is flowing making this an excellent investment property.

The Ranch includes approximately 1,137 acres
This one-of-a-kind property is currently being used primarily for agricultural purposes, with some recreational uses. While currently, there are no residences on the property, it would be an excellent investment as a residential development. Considering the Ranch's location in a region rich with natural gas, it would work well for the energy industry. And certainly it is the perfect property for a wildlife refuge or other conservation effort. Blue Agate Ranch has virtually unlimited investment opportunities.
